Do cleaners bring their own supplies?
Yes your cleaners bring everything needed for your cleaning. However, the cleaners typically will not bring laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, or trash can liner. Just add in your booking notes where those are stored or any other extra bits.
What if the cleaners mess up?
We stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee, so all you need to do is let us or the cleaner know directly and we will resolve this issue for you.
How do you handle key exchanges?
Most customers have a lockbox or hide the key somewhere for the cleaners. Please provide the location of the key or lockbox code in the notes schedule when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes guests may cancel last minute and things come up. Because of this, we do not have a cancellation fee if you cancel at least 1 day before the cleaning. If you cancel after 4PM the day before the cleaning or on the same day as the cleaning, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply.
How does CozyClean choose my cleaners?

Do you offer pet-friendly services?
We for sure do, our workers who love animals and will gladly perform high-quality cleanings around them. If your furry friend is friendly and comfortable around strangers, you can leave it with your professional crew and even give them a pet’s name so they can chat with it while working.
What if guests trashed my vacation rental?
This unfortunately is part of the business however there is no need to stress. We know you need to make sure your rental is completely cleaned. Your clean will be upgraded to a longer deep clean depending how bad it is, your cleaner may chat to you and also will chat to us and then we can make adjustments.
